Expert Automotive Technicians
Our goal at Mecklenburg Automotive & Collision Center is to provide our customers with complete vehicle maintenance, auto body work, and auto repair services. We offer both minor and major repairs on light trucks, cars, vans and medium trucks and vans. Established in 1996, Mecklenburg Automotive & Collision Center employs technicians trained in many different fields of automotive and truck repair, including a full suite of collision services. We have over 20 years of technical experience, as well as 75 years combined experience with our ASE Certified Technicians.
State-of-the-Art Equipment
Our shop is equipped with the most up-to-date diagnostic equipment available, such as computer tire balancing, and electronic engine and transmission diagnostic equipment. We also offer two and four wheel alignments. All of our air condition work is performed using recovery and recycle equipment for R-12, R-134a, and 1234yf Freon types, and all of our equipment is updated annually to better serve our customers. We are an authorized Jasper Engine & Transmission repair shop. No matter what kind of work your personal or company vehicle needs, our team has the knowledge and resources to get the job done. We are truly a one-stop-shop!
Meet the Team
Gene Reed – Owner, President
Started in the automotive industry in 1976 and has been specializing in bodywork for more than 35 years. Eventually settling down to run the everyday chores here at Mecklenburg Automotive & Collision. Specialties: All types of vehicle repair from simple oil changes to complete rebuild. Full body shop. We are your one stop shop!
Jeff York – Owner, Vice President
Jeff has been with Mecklenburg since we opened the doors in 1996 – a Master Technician with a specialty for all things Ford.
Randy Sipe – Service Advisor
Randy joined the Mecklenburg team in 2014, proudly helping our customers to determine problems their vehicle might have and assisting our technicians in the process.
Anyelo Decena – General Technician
Anyelo joined the Mecklenburg team in 2018, he is bilingual and enjoys helping our customers every day.
Austin McNeely – General Technician
Austin joined the Mecklenburg team in 2014 and is our in house Tire Master, as well as General Technician.
Jerry Beck – General Technician
Jerry has been a part of the Mecklenburg team for more than 5 years – helping our customers get back on the road!
Brandon Moore – General Technician
